Considering a career change - wondering if this is a reasonable (or semi-reasonable) expectation?

I’m in my 30s, female and have a family with young kids. What are the chances that I will be able to source a pilot job that I fly out of a “home” airport and then back to that same airport the same day/day after?

Basically is there any way that being a pilot is family friendly in this regard?

(Also pls no hate, if you don’t have anything nice to say please just scroll on. I’m just putting my feelers out).
