Accessing webcams through web search

A while back I found information that showed you can gain access to random webcams if you type certain word or letter and number combination into a Google search. I can't for the life of me remember what it was. I do remember that when I searched it random ip addresses came back and when I clicked on them it showed me random people's webcams and security cameras.

It was like V something or S something. It's on the tip of my tongue.

Does anyone know what it is?
