Chase closed BOTH my accounts unexpectedly

Hey r/Chase,

I'm in a bit of a pickle and could use some advice from the community. Here's the situation:

Account Closure

My Chase accounts (Sapphire and Freedom Unlimited) were recently closed without warning. The notice letter cited going over the credit limit as the reason, but:

• I was only $10 over the limit on my Freedom Unlimited
• My Sapphire was under the balance limit

Ongoing Dispute

Before the closure, I had filed a dispute on my Sapphire card. Now:

• The dispute has disappeared from the app
• An extra $2,000+ has been charged to my closed account

Questions

1. Is there any way to reopen my accounts if I can pay off the balances in full?
2. How can I follow up on the dispute that vanished?
3. What should I do about the additional $2,000+ charge on a closed account?

This closure came out of nowhere. Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated!
