FIO NAP SUCCESS STORIES

Looking for success stories for FIO for naps, especially around 3 months old. Bedtime and overnight have been going well - my son is 3 months old and can put himself to sleep at bedtime independently. We’ve been having some wakes overnight that he is also going back down by himself!

Tried FIO for naps a few weeks ago and it wasn’t successful. Trying again next week at 13 weeks. I’m hoping he can transfer his skills to naps - I am desperate 😅
