Hyundai Accent 1.6L 2013 manual transmission worth flipping?

I have seen the carfax and the vin number it’s had 27 services and 2 accidents with 1000 dollars(Canadian) in claim money and it’s at 125 thousand miles. Is it worth the flip? I managed to talk the person down to $1900canadian(1310 usd) it’s a brown colorway and from the photos seems pretty okay would you recommend buying it?im from Canada
