Boy names that work in Spanish & English

So my husband and I have a baby coming this year. We don’t know if it’s going to be a boy or a girl, but we have a great list of girl names that we can agree on already! Boy names have been a lot harder. My husband is Guatemalan and my family is English and Canadian. We’re living in the U.S., and I am looking for names that both sides of the family can pronounce. Some names we have but aren’t in love with are Thiago, Santiago, Ander, Eli, and Ezra.

Any suggestions are great!
