Frontline or TOA? Salary Expectations, Career Growth, and Client Matching Advice

I’m currently in the process of waiting for client matching with both Frontline and TOA, and I’m hoping to get your insights on which path might be better for me.

Here’s a quick overview of the roles I’m being considered for:

•	Frontline: AU Accounting Admin
•	TOA: US Bookkeeper

A little background about me: I have 1.4 years of external audit experience with a Big 4 firm.

I’d really appreciate your advice on a few things:

1. Salary Expectations: What would be a reasonable salary to ask for in these roles considering my background and the market

2. Career Growth: Between these two positions, which do you think offers better long-term growth opportunities?

3. Client Matching: Based on your experience or what you’ve heard, how long does it usually take to get matched with a client in either company?
