A202Kc won’t get pending messages / messages out of service

Hi all,

I just reset my Kyocera a202kc in hopes of fixing it. When I am not home, or let's say in a area with incorrect bands for the phone; I will never end up with texts sent to me.

When someone sends a text in that scenario, it will show delivered to them, but when I get back to a area where my phone does receive texts, it will never load in. Meaning that text won't ever reach me.

I'm assuming this is a SMS error, as it only happens with certain devices sending texts to me it seems.

Can anyone help me with this? I've made a couple posts on here but it never seems like I can resolve anything with this phone.

I've done the ims apn, and have the correct T-Mobile apn.

I get full 4g bars everywhere I go most of the time. I just never get the messages.
