How to go about reanimator in Dimir?

I recently took apart my [[Raffine Scheming Seer]] deck to use some of the white/ azorius cards which left me with a Dimir reanimator shell. I'm trying go down a legends route using [[Rona, herald of invasion]] as a way loop cards into the graveyard. I am looking on a third party's opinion on the quality of my reanimation targets, reanimation spells, commander alternatives etc. Lacking access to green or white is a foreign to me and thought this might be a good way to step out of my comfort zone.

Looking forward to the feedback.
