Sitz bath, added soap

I thought I'd add a spoonful of liquid soap to the sitz bath. Too many germs swim in there and some soap will help to manage that. On another thread here, a female complained about getting UTI when not using soap in the sitz bath. I don't care what they say (soap dries your skin, etc). Better safe than sorry.
