Denied from Cal Fresh? What to do next?

I got a letter in the mail, heres what it says

"Your household's application for CalFresh benefits will be denied because you have not provided the requested information listed below"

I was never asked to provide this info, I even did an interview and this did not come up. It then proceeds to ask for my parents and siblings SSN and name/identity. I pay for my own groceries, I pay rent to live here, I thought if the benefits are only used for you and your food you don't need list other members of your house. Where do I even submit this information? It doesn't tell me where, the website doesn't give me the option, do I seriously have to call up and wait 2 hours on hold again?
