What’s up with this?

I have dreams now and then which are fine and normal obviously but I always like dream about places and then they seem to exist. I mean I have never been to these places before. A few examples was me dreaming of a library up a staircase in a certain way ( I can see it now in my dream ) then I was so attracted to this university a few years later, no idea why and then I went for an opening day and the exact same library ( same shape and everything) was in that university. I had never been to that city, even knew what that uni was beforehand but I always felt a connection when I first heard the university name. I have had similar experiences with other places. I don’t know what this is, I know it sounds mad and like I am psychic or something but obviously logically that is not the case. Am I seeing places subconsciously and then like not remembering I have and then them lingering my brain and coming out in dreams, is this some sort of universal glitch? What is going on? Anyone experience this?
