Does this count as volunteering for h4?

Could I find nonprofit organizations (with humanitarian goals, etc) and volunteer to them by offering them help with their organization goals with technology (ex. giving them software that directly helps with their nonprofit goals)? It is non profit organization, unpaid, it is for humanitarian purpose,, and the organization likely won't get anyone to d this themselves (im offering it for them).
