Hi I started at servepro and want some Advce

I started at this serve pro and it seemed really nice the first week they hadn't gotten my training in till Monday the next week and I had only worked a small job the first day then volunteered for a bio job that Saturday since I wanted to show I'm a hard worker on that day though one of the leads who I thought was just really cool gave me a long speech about this job is hard can you take it and that's understandable but it was repeated over and over in a condescending tone and I can't tell if hes just trying to toughen me up I've been getting kinda annoyed cause I'm not actually being taught anything I'll be asked something and a lot of these people treat it as annoying to have to teach me stuff that and I notice that lead has been saying the same stuff to another guy who had only started a week before me ik a lot of people rage and leave our details to try and get people to be on their side but I genuinely have done nothing wrong on my 3rd day here I heard they needed more people to drive the truck so I went and got my chauffers and throughout this week being my second week it has only gotten worse everyone is chill and I like the team especially the owner hes one of the few people who seems to enjoyteachingt but I have anxiety cause that same lead keeps repeating the same thing over and over will your body be able to handle this I'm not telling you to quit to both me and this other new hire but I need to know if this isn't the job for you and the other new hire talked back saying I've been working cause him saying he's just a lil tired started this speech I got some of my online training in about 15 hours and 20/33 courses done not that hard just noisy learning area so it can be hard to listen to videos so I brought head phones from home Thursday shit hit the fan and i get my first overtime we worked 15 hours absolutely miserable 2 hotels both with several floors of flooding it's winter in Michigan so it's busy season now from 0 to 100 but I can understand everyone rushing around but I'm getting 0 communication no one is trying to teach me where anything is what anything does i just have my online training and the same thing keeps getting said if you can't do this quit I've done everything asked ya I'm tired but I'm not being slow they pretty much had be carrying garbage for 9 hours up and down I get it's a crisis but I genuinely would not mind it if this lead I keep getting put with actually taught me and it seems like he's trying to be nice since I've been trying and have been nice this whole time so idk if he's just toughened me up but I heard from him by accident and other employees that they were gonna be hiring and firing employees in the future and today I walk in and they say not to talk about or to a certain employee that idk was fired or left but he was a hard worker and in these 2 weeks always came in on time with a smile on his face and hard working one of the few who stops to teach me I've even started going to the owner cause he's the only one who seems to wanna see me learn anything I'm very much getting the vibe of they just want cheap labor and the owner is looking for more leads but today I pieced together after another branch sent over some girls and the fact he keeps low key flirting with clients I think the lead who is married with kids wants more female employees cause he invited the girls to come work here even trying to get them to have a conversation away from us to which the one girl in our branch grabbed them and it seems like there's beef between the one female who's soon to be a lead and that lead cause he warned me against listening to her idk why my new keyboard is spacing this so bad so I apologize I'm thinking maybe I go pay for my own certification and look elsewhere cause I'm making 16/h compared to the job i got layed off of cause of layoffs and seniority being low as a cnc machine operators 20/h can I get some opinions cause this job is for a water restoration technician and they're telling us it'll be a 7 day week with overtime every night I have not been taught anything that is more then common sense almost they offer classes after almost a year so idk if they're trying to toughen me up I've gtg sorry for how badly typed this is it's on my one break
