iPhone User Finally Switching To Samsung & I Need Recommendations. 256GB or 512GB?

I’ve been considering the switch from Apple to Samsung for approximately 2 years now. I’m moving from an iPhone 11 Pro Max with 256GB storage (I have used 189.61GB so far) and want to buy the S25 Ultra. I would like to keep the new phone for at least 5 years (since that’s how long my iPhone lasted before becoming too frustrating to use). Do you advise me to get the 256GB or 512GB option and please state your reasons why.

Also, what’s the best anti reflective screen protector for the S25 Ultra? Most of the screen protectors I’ve seen are tempered glass and would protective the phone but render the anti reflective screen properties kind of useless.
