Do i need to buy the weed and document forgery mc business if all my nightclub technicians are working on other businesses?

So i have 5 business out of 7 in the nightclub

If i buy the last 2 business do i get any benefit?

Like i got more things or things faster if i sell good from my nightclub?

Hope you guys understand
