can you buy GVIP in UK SIPP

I am trying to get some diversification into my current portfolio and have come across this the Goldman Sachs Hedge ETF.

I have an account with iWeb but it does not appears available on that platform.

IBKR has it but you can’t buy it in a SIPP.

Does anyone know if there is anywhere else I can buy this in a UK SIPP?
