Change in reimbursement, drugstore will not sell

I have been buying my Z under my insurance from my local wonderful local drugstore since March, who have had decent supply. I went to buy my box this month, and even though they have it they will not sell it to me. They say that the insurance company lowered its reimbursement in January, and that Lily raised prices, such that they will lose $100 on each box. I generally have great insurance, and they have been easy to deal with so far. Has anyone else experienced these problems recently?
