Player Holdout Rework

I think that players should not be able to hold out unless they have one more year left on their deal. These players on five year deals holding out and wasting the primes of their careers makes absolutely no sense, as they’re basically throwing their careers away. If a player signs a five year contract, then they should have to play out the decision they made. If there is one more year left on their deal, then I think it is fair for them to hold out or get traded to a contender.
