Rolling machine woes...

So, I bought a replacement Raw roller, after using one for years, and the apron is too loose or SOMETHING, so they come out lopsided. I put a tip in one end, and the other end is compacted down to the size of a popsicle stick. Like, a reverse cone. The apron seems to get folded over while I'm rolling. I have used more weed, less weed, etc. I even bought another machine and it's the same problem. I have spent a lot of time, searching and trying to figure this out, but I can't find anything. If you have thoughts, please help!
