lost a song like 10 years ago and it haunts my dreams

This is a long shot, but I NEED to find this song! I listened to it in middle school and accidentally deleted it from a Spotify playlist. There are multiple issues with me trying to find it:

• I found it from a random playlist that constantly changes its contents
• I didn't have it in my liked songs
• I have no idea who the artist, album, or name is

The ONLY things I can remember are the album cover and a bit of the name. The name was pretty long. I feel like it had "phobia" in it, but I'm not sure. I am pretty confident that it started with an "A," though. I can remember the album cover pretty well. It was a straightforward illustration of the outline of a woman's leg wearing a high heel with a man's hands holding the leg. The leg was a white/ivory color, and the hands were dark brown.
