Vanillas

I just got my last order and with it was a bottle of Chantilly vanilla. I tried it and there’s legit no smell to it, nothing. I’m wondering if I’m just out of luck or if they will allow me send it back or something? Has anyone else dealt with this. I don’t know what could’ve gone wrong with but all my other fragrances have been fine.
