Anyone Used Hear.com? Looking for Experiences!

I’m considering hearing aids and came across Hear.com. They seem to have a unique approach, but I’ve heard mixed things. I’m especially curious about their follow-up care and ongoing support. From what I’ve gathered, Hear.com doesn’t include follow-up visits, which seems like an important part of making sure the hearing aids work properly over time.

I’m also interested in custom-fit hearing aids that sit entirely in the ear canal. Have any of you used Hear.com for something like this? How was the experience? Did they meet your needs, or did you feel like something was missing?
