Please help!

I had been using QuickMD since September. I finally have Medicaid. So, I made an appointment with a new doctor. He prescribed my suboxone. When I left I brought my Medicaid card to the pharmacy. I got a call this morning from the pharmacy saying my doctor needed to authorize this medication with Medicaid. Has this happened to anyone else, and does anyone know how long that will take??
