Hi everyone i am 16M and have just been prescribed doxycycline and im scared.

It sais on the leaflet it’s used for acute pneumonia or something and i went it the doctors cus i had a cough , they also heard a wheeze at the bottom of my lung , should i be worried? also one of the most common side affects of it is feeling sick and being sick which im really scared of, i am terrified of vomiting someone help me please i’m worried
