Just got my first 3D printer - how do I solve heavy stringing and other issues?

Requesting Help

Hello!

Yesterday I got my first ever 3D printer: a Creality Ender-3 V2 Neo. I assembled it and it's working fine, but I'm having some trouble with my 3D prints.

As you can see in the photos below, there's heavy stringing on the prints, some minor imperfections along the outer walls and issues with the first layers: minor warping and some deformation (the bottom text on Benchy is "pressed against" the upper layers).

Heavy stringing

Some deformation

Slight warping (hard to see on camera)

My filament is Creality CR PLA (black), and I'm currently using Creality's fork of Cura (Creality Slicer), with the Ender-3 V2 Neo profile and Creality CR PLA selected as my material (which automatically sets the printing temp to 195 °C and the plate temperature to 60 °C). The specific settings are as follow:

How do I fix the issues I'm having? Help would be greatly appreciated.
