Considering an Online Master's to Boost My Job Prospects

Hey everyone, I'm at a point in my career where I feel that pursuing a Master's degree could significantly open up better job opportunities for me. I have a bachelor's in management sciences. Given my current commitments, I'd prefer an online program that's flexible yet reputable. I'm particularly looking for advice on:

• Best online Master's programs (preferably accredited and recognized by employers). -Fields of study that have strong career prospects (I'm open to suggestions based on job market demand, mostly relating to industrial management). -Personal experiences with online learning-how effective was it for career growth? Balancing work and study-any tips?

Cheers
