Incessant "Reset and reconnect notifications"

I have recently been getting notifications every time the Bluetooth disconnects, whether because I have exceeded the range, or otherwise, to reset and reconnect my watch. The problem is there is actually no need to do this, it just reconnects by itself. Also, these notifications are incessant and I am spammed with them until the Bluetooth reconnects. Any advice would be appreciated.
