We offer a 15-day return window from the date you receive your product. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within this period.

How to Initiate a Return

2. Provide Your Return Tracking
   • Once you ship the item, share the tracking number with us to ensure a smooth processing of your return

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
✔️ The return request must be submitted within 15 days of receiving the product
✔️ The item must be shipped back within 15 days of return approval
✔️ The product must be in its original packaging and condition
For returns, please include your order number and the word "Return" in the email subject line

Replacement Parts Instead of Full Returns

We stand by the quality of our products, but in the rare case that a part is found defective after the return period, we go the extra mile. Unlike other companies that require you to return the entire chair at your own expense, we take a customer-first approach
