Silver Stone ST70F-ES230 700W Strider Essential Power Supply

Build Question

I'm planning to buy a Silver Stone ST70F-ES230 700W Strider Essential Power Supply for my entry-level PC. Is it a good or reliable brand? I saw it on Cultists Network under Tier C and it is also in CLEAResult website. I need your opinion on the PSU or suggestions for a PSU that costs around $40.
