Packet loss since update

Never had packet loss before but since the latest big update, I get it minimum 1-2x per match, sometimes 5-6x. When it happens, my player continues running in whatever direction he was previously, and goes on for about 5 seconds. Rarely results in a disconnect but sometimes happens as I'm walking in for a goal. Really bizarre how this came out of nowhere and now is happening every match.

Anyone else experience this starting in the last ~3 weeks?
