Can't get a formula to show a percentage?

I'm brand new to sheets and was wondering how I could get the number to appear as a percentage instead of a decimal with the text beforehand. I am trying to get a percentage based on how many checkboxes have been checked and this formula displays the percentage without the text there. Current formula is ="EXAMPLE TEXT "&COUNTIF(C2:C, TRUE)/COUNTA(C2:C). Thanks for any help with this :)
