[Routine Help] Red cheeks and bumpy face

Hi, everyone. 27 F here, living in Europe. My face, especially cheek area, has gotten quite red and bumpy and I'm at a loss of why it is happening and what should I do? To mention, I have perioral acne around my nose and down towards my lips, which I'm treating with Elidel + cica cream + Vitella Ictamo cream at night. My skin is rather sensitive and greasy as you can see, Typically, I would use SVR green line products but they dehydrated my skin to the point I started feeling uncomfortable so I stopped using them for awhile. SVR products didn't really help with redness and overall bumpyness on face but they more helped with reducing excess sebum. I would be grateful if anyone could suggest a way to treat redness and bumpyness on my face/cheeks. The closest dermatologist appointment I can get is only in June and I need to start doing something now.
