Question about Balance Transfer card

Looking to pay off about 8k in debt. I just got approved for Wells Fargo balance transfer card 0% for 21 months which I am thrilled about the limit is $2500. Am I going to get hit with a fee every single time I do a balance transfer ?? I transferred $2300 to it and it said the fee could be up to $118 bucks.
