What to cook mum for her birthday?

It’s my mothers birthday tomorrow and I’m doing a lemon cheesecake garnished with candied lemon for her dessert but I don’t know what to cook for dinner!! I’m pretty ass at cooking tbh. I can do bruschetta for her starter but a main is stumping me!!
