Should I mention having considered DIY at my evaluation?

Support / advice

Sorry for any ramblings/messy thought process or spelling mistakes/using wrong words

The process to get accepted for HRT is 2-3 years apparently here in Finland.

I haven't remembered how bad my dysphoria really is until recently because through this winter I've been having bigger things to worry about and layering helped. But this summer I know will be horrible.

I'm not one of the most extreme cases. I think I might be if I didn't have that many plans for my future, but I got everything planed out and I'm not about to give up on all that because I gotta be insanely dysphoric for a couple summers. I don't have any problems that would make the process slow down. I feel great besides the dysphoria.

But I just wanted to come here and ask if I should mention considering getting DIY hrt because of how bad my dysphoria gets during summer? Would it slow the process down or speed it up? That's if it has any effect to the process at all.

If anyone knows how I can speed up the process of getting approved, I would be so thankful. I've been out for years now and I wanted to get on T since day 1. I want all the effects. I want all the surgeries.

Do you know of any cases where someone got access a year earlier at least? Why did they get to start earlier than others?

Sorry for the rambling. It took me so long to get an evaluation because the professionals in my area take forever to get free spots. Otherwise I would have started it last year.
