Update: Official Kyocera Digno USB-C Charging Cradle seems to work
I recently made a post here about my findings after trying to look for a cradle for my A202KC. I found information on this sub about an older charging cradle that some people mentioned. But, I could not find that available for purchase anywhere. I then found a dock on Rakuten with product code KY01, officially listed for use with the KY-41B. However, that model has the same dimensions as my A202KC, so I ended up buying it. I just received it and can confirm that this cradle works with my A202KC.
The A202KC has dimensions 51×112×17.9mm, and it works with this dock. I don't have access to any other model so I cannot confirm whether any particular model works. But if it has these dimensions, it will probably work, so that is, models like 902KC, 903KC, a202KC, a203KC, KY-41B, KY-42C, etc.

The build quality is good and charging seems consistent so far. For those who wonder: from my testing it doesn't seem to support data transfer. Strictly charging.
