Do you think the "Buy Canadian movement" is/will make a difference?

I originally thought that it was just going to be something that people forgot about after a week or so, but looks like it is sticking around an stores are even putting little tags to show what is Canadian produce.

Do you think it is helping? Do you think it will make a difference?
