Remote invigilator exam problem

I recently sat a remote invigilator exam for level 4 business tax and ended up having a problem with the screen freezing that lead to the software shutting down. I managed to get back in to the exam and finished the exam and did not go back and edit any questions I had already done up until that point. I have submitted an incident report detailing everything that happened. I am wondering if any one else has had a similar problem and if so did they make you resit the exam?
