Razer basilisk v3 light weight options?

Does anyone know of any lightweight ergo mice with 3 buttons on the side. I need a macro I can setup for scroll wheel down on one of them. Tried the glorious stuff but the macro sucks and doesn't work consistently. Have a basilisk now that I modded to 80G but meh. The Logitech g502 x light speed seems decent but I'm afraid the other buttons get in the way. I run them wired but remove the battery simply because I want a usb c cable not some hard wired one, but if it's paracord I'll consider.

I wish they made a basilisk super light type deal but they never will.
