Good beginner strength weapon?

Right now I'm level 52 with 24 vigor 21 endurance and 30 strength. I'm using Vordts great hammer +1 and am not liking it that much. I'm right after Pontiff Sulyvahn in Irithyll of the Boreal Valley.

Any recommendations?
