Is ebook translator needed?

Does anyone has a real need if I build an ebook trasnlator that has

1. High translation quality (using llms like chatgpt, gemini, etc).
2. Consistent glossary across the book.
3. epub/pdf in, epub/pdf out.
4. Cheap (1 cent per 1k words).
