Tadalafil worked like magic the first two times I tried and now it’s not working like before.

I’m not sure what happened. My usual dosage is 10mg. The first time I took it I took it alongside 25 mg of sertraline (doctor prescribed it for me to help me with PE.) and I was ROCK HARD for a while. Had great sex. It was even still in my system. The next day that even one sexual thought would make me rock hard.

The second time same good experience.

Third time, It was kind of weak. It took a longer time To kick in and my erection would go down early.

I took a 10mg tadalafil yesterday. And my usual time is about 40 mins to an hour and I’m usually good to go. For some odd reason during foreplay I noticed I was not getting hard which caused me to panic internally wondering what the hell is going on why isn’t it working? I was able to get hard, but it just was not a stronger erection like that First time I took it.

I have been under a lot of stress and some depression which I think could be the root of it currently?
