So what's the best/cheapest/most sensible way to get the Collector's edition / physical pre-order content?

I have the Deluxe and standard pre-order content. I am just wondering if the only way is to pay the hundreds on eBay or if there is some other way I'm not considering. Like maybe it's on the PSN store or available separately.
