Prozac 40mg

Been taking 40mg a little over a week after being on 20mg for 7 weeks and 10mg for 3 years, right now I feel so shakey, can’t sleep, anxiety is horrible in the mornings and feel like I can’t fully focus or maybe brain fog, does this get better, looking for success stories
