I automatically stop having cravings for sweets for about a week after binging. Why is this?

Is there a scientific term for this? It’s the only reason why I’m normal weight despite having a crazy sugar addiction.

Basically every month there’s a day where I : Drink two full sugar bubble tea + cake+ whatever sweets I have

Then for like a week I have no cravings for sweets AT ALL. Bubble tea will taste disgustingly sweet.

After that I go through a week of having dessert after dinner. Then back to binging on sweets and the cycle continues
