Are Singaporeans more obnoxious and attention-seeking than most, and than usual?

Sorry to ask, but post-travel,

I find Singaporeans more attention-seeking than most populace in public transportation especially young males who like to talk loudly in an attention-seeking manner - in most countries, because it's less safe, people tend to keep to themselves and not want attention. Tap card also want to talk; inside also want to boast. If you need a job, just submit a CV, stop boasting to strangers in public w false bravado. I am totally going to give you a job/help u make introductions after hearing how your secret not secret big plan to make lots of money. Ready to invest. Also impressed how you almost beat up a schoolmate or your friend next to you.
