What are the mathematical pre-reqs for Carroll's Intro to GR Spacetime and Geometry?

I'm interested in learning GR, but I am concerned that my mathematical background may not be sufficient. I feel like my geometry is not great in general, so I don't know if trying a book like Carroll's intro is a waste of time.

Is Carroll's GR good for an introduction to GR, or is there something else I should look at instead?
