Case sent to CARE "Coordinator for Afghan Relocation Efforts"

I was hoping that NVC was going to send the case to US Ankara embassy for an interview, and I was going to pay for flights, hotels, other expensive. Does anyone has any experience or know more about CARE? What should I expect next for my case?
