Fire Recovery USA: billed for inspection?

I was just wondering if this bill I recently got from a “Fire Recovery USA” was legit. I had my business inspected, like I usually do (I have a very small shop, for the last 15+ years it’s just been them coming and checking if I had a fire extinguisher that wasn’t expired). And recently I had the same song and dance, thought nothing of it.

But then I got a $75 bill in the mail from this company and it’s asking me to mail it somewhere in Atlanta, GA. Which I am no where near. Does anyone have any idea what is going on? I usually thought these were just city check-ins, and the company just has automated systems when I call.
